• Whole bean, or ground for your brewer: plunger (coarse), filter & pour-over (medium), moka pot (medium-fine) or espresso (fine)

Brewing tip

For a plunger, use 15g of coarse-ground coffee to 250ml of water just off the boil and steep for four minutes.
