These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Fire & Ash ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) or the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
1. Who we are
This website is operated by EDU-STOREZA (Pty) Ltd, trading as Fire & Ash, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2026/494311/07. We sell coffee. 2. Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. The agreement between us is concluded when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong. If we do, we'll tell you promptly and refund anything you've paid in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered.
5. Returns, refunds and cooling-off
Your rights to return products and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Because our products are food, the ECT Act cooling-off period doesn't apply to them (section 42 of the ECT Act), but we accept goodwill returns of unopened, sealed products as described in that policy. Your CPA rights for defective goods always apply.
6. Our products
- Each product page lists its size and key details. Always read the label before use.
- Product photographs are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly.
7. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash and are only valid for the period stated. Gift cards are valid for at least three years from purchase.
8. Using this website
All content on this website, including text, photographs, videos, logos and the Fire & Ash name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the CPA, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it within 10 working days. If you're not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
