Where we deliver
We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery options and costs

Each 1kg bag weighs about 1.05kg packed, so orders of up to four bags are R99 and orders of five bags or more are R200. You'll see the options and the final cost at checkout before you pay. Delivery to outlying and rural areas can take a little longer.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If you choose a grind, we grind your coffee before dispatch.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout, and choose an address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the courier may charge for redelivery, and we'll pass that cost on to you.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (see our Returns & Refunds policy). If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
