Where do you deliver?
We deliver door to door across South Africa using a trusted courier partner.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Courier delivery is a flat R99 for parcels up to 5kg and R200 for parcels over 5kg. Express delivery is available for R150.
Which size do you sell?
Every blend comes in a 1kg bag.
Is your coffee whole bean or ground?
Both. Choose whole bean, or pick your brewer and we'll grind it for you: plunger, filter and pour-over, moka pot or espresso.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep the bag sealed and store it somewhere cool, dark and dry. Avoid the fridge. For the best flavour, enjoy it within four to six weeks of opening, or a little sooner if it's ground.
